Patti Heath is the Echocardiography Technician and the Technical Director of the Echocardiography Laboratory at Delaware Heart & Vascular, P.A.. Patti achieved her nationally recognized credentialing thru Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) as a Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) in 2004 and is a member of the American Society of Echocardiography (ASE). 

Patti has over 11 years of experience specializing in the field of adult echocardiography.  She received her training in Adult Echocardiography and received her Cardiovascular Ultrasound Certification at the Ultrasound Diagnostic School in Trevose, PA in 1999.
 
As the Delaware Heart & Vascular, P.A. Laboratory’s Technical Director, Patti was instrumental in assisting the Medical Director, Dr. Vincent D. Abbrescia, in obtaining National Accreditation for the Echocardiography Laboratory thru the Intersocietal Commission for the Accreditation of Echocardiography Laboratories (ICAEL), in 2007. 
 
Patti stays abreast of state of the art Echocardiography developments with her attendance at nationally recognized Echo conferences and through her Continuing Medical Educational activities.
 
On a personal note, Patti is a Dover local, graduating from Smyrna High School in 1983. She is married to Floyd, also from Smyrna, has 3 children Tierra, Alexis, & Mark, 1 stepson Darrell, and 1 granddaughter Arianna. She is devoted to her family and enjoys spending time with them. Her hobbies include traveling, scrapbooking, and anything creative.  Her other passion is her volunteer work for Findagrave.com, which entails photographing cemeteries & tombstones by request, usually for genealogy purposes.
